By accessing or using PesaRecon, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PesaRecon is a mobile money reconciliation platform that helps businesses match M-Pesa transactions against sales records. The service includes statement import, automated matching, exception management, and reporting tools.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Keep your email and password secure
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Ensure business details (name, M-Pesa till/paybill) are correct

PesaRecon offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free — up to 100 M-Pesa transactions per month
• Starter — KES 2,500 per month, up to 500 transactions
• Business — KES 5,000 per month, unlimited transactions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through your account settings.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to PesaRecon, including M-Pesa statements and sales records. PesaRecon processes your data solely to provide the reconciliation service and does not claim ownership of your financial information.

You agree not to:

• Use PesaRecon for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service
• Misrepresent your identity or business information

PesaRecon provides reconciliation tools to help match transactions and sales, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Matching results depend on the quality and completeness of the data you provide. You should review reconciliation reports and verify results before making financial decisions.

PesaRecon is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PesaRecon is not liable for any financial decisions, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on reconciliation reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the account at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of PesaRecon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
